 Delivery  |  Installations

Schedule:
All services scheduled will be at the discretion and availability of JSLD. We will strive to update you with a date and time range of services as available and communicate to you any delays of services due to reasons out of our control.
Deliveries:
All Mulch, Rock, Pine Straw, and other bedding materials are dumped deliveries unless otherwise specified in writing. Dump vehicles will only dump while on a driveway or road way. It is recommended for you to place out a tarp to designate the dump site and protect your hard surface from any discoloration. All other deliveries will be delivered to the driveway only.  Driver and employees will not place out plants and other products throughout the property, unless otherwise specified in writing. Deliveries that use heavy equipment to deliver the product may be delivered to other parts of the property as long as these parts may be accessed easily and safely and the product will be taken off the equipment and placed down on the site designated. No further service will be provided beyond delivery and unloading product. JSLD is not responsible for any damage incurred to the property due to this
delivery or any additional charges that may be incurred due to changes to the delivery while onsite. Delivery only services do not include any installation services.
Installations:
Installation services are for the plants and products within this proposal only that include installation services. Installation is not included on delivery only services. The site must receive utility locating service prior to install for any installs requiring digging. Site must have an easily accessible path of entry for the crew and the equipment. The dig site must be prepared to install. JSLD is not responsible for the removal of any barriers or plants, shrubs, trees, or any other items within the access path or the dig site whether they are above ground or underground. Client will be responsible for any fees associated with the additional costs associated with the access path or the dig site access unless otherwise specified
in writing. JSLD is not responsible for providing electric, water, or any other items to the site unless otherwise specified. JSLD not responsible for any damages to underground utilities or damage to the property during this delivery and installation while onsite.

Plant Guarantee | Return Policy 

Our Plant Guarantee & Return policy on all sales

We exercise the greatest care to keep our varieties of plants pure and true to name but we do not guarantee the livability of our plants once sold (this includes plants delivered and/or installed by us) .  When plants leave our possession we have no way of knowing whether they receive proper care, therefore we do not guarantee that they will live.  We specialize in Nursery products and we are not a department retail store and we cannot offer their same guarantee.
All Sales are final for all plants, nursery & plant product, gift shop , spas, chemicals, furniture, and anything else that may be sold by J & S Nursery.

Any special orders will require a minimum 50% down payment that is non refundable.  Some special orders will require full payment that is non refundable.
